Welcome to the 18th CCI Asia Conference 2026

A childhood cancer diagnosis impacts the entire family, requiring care that extends far beyondmedical treatment. Childhood Cancer International (CCI) is the global, parent-driven voice forthese families, representing over 200 organizations in more than 100 countries.
Our Asia region is a vibrant network of 54 member organizations across 26 countries. In collaboration with international partners, CCI is dedicated to reducing childhood cancer deaths, advancing cures, ensuring equitable access to care, and advocating for the rights of children with cancer. We believe that concerted global action is essential for achieving life-changing gains.

Kick-start your conference experience with our Connective Day! This special, relaxed social gathering is designed to welcome all participants—including survivors—to mingle, build community, and forge meaningful connections in a warm and informal setting before the main program begins.

Day 2: Thursday, 26 June 2026
  • Full day: Survivors’ Meeting

This dedicated session, designed by and for survivors, creates a safe, supportive, and uplifting space. Through training, interactive discussions, and sharing sessions, we aim to strengthen resilience and foster powerful peer connections.

Day 3 & 4: Friday, 27 & Saturday, 28 June 2026

The core conference program featuring expert lectures, advocacy workshops, and abstract presentations. Full program details will be announced soon.

1. Reintegration, Long term well being and Survivorship Support (Programs addressing school re-entry, stigma, late effects, and daily life for children and families affected by childhood cancer)

2. Mobilising Communities for change (Grassroots Advocacy, Awareness, and Public Education, Volunteer engagement, community partnerships, public campaigns, and influencing policy and social attitudes)

3. Psycho-Oncology & Family Resilience (Mental health, coping, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches; caregiver well-being, burnout prevention, peer support, education, and family-centred resilience strategies)

4. Equity in Action: Reaching Underserved and Marginalised Populations (Reaching Underserved and Marginalised Populations Across Asia. Addressing poverty, geography, migration, language, disability, and cultural barriers to access and support)

5. Digital Innovation for Impact (Leveraging Technology and AI to Strengthen NGO Impact. E.g Fundraising, service delivery, learning platforms, helplines, distraction therapy, and ethical digital practices)

6. Rehabilitation and Long-Term Support: restoring function and independence (Rehabilitation and Supportive Services for Children with Long-Term Effects Occupational therapy, physical rehabilitation, assistive services, and adaptive life skills support)

7. NGO–Medical Team Collaboration (NGO–Medical Team Collaboration to Improve Childhood Cancer Care. Integrated care models, shared decision-making, referral pathways, and multidisciplinary partnerships)

8. Free Papers (Innovative and Scalable NGO Practices and programs in Childhood Cancer Support)
