RULES FOR SUBMISSION
Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only.

ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Abstracts must be submitted in English.

Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for Oral or Poster.

If your abstract is accepted as Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation, the presenting author must be a registered for onsite participation for the congress. SIOP Asia 2026 will NOT offer pre-recorded\virtual presentations.

If your abstract is accepted as E-Poster or Publication-only, one of the authors must be registered for the congress. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the program.

Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

Previous Publications of an Abstract – the work must not have been previously accepted by or published in a peer reviewed journal at the time of abstract submission.

Previous Presentation of an Abstract – the work must not have been previously presented at a meeting of any other scientific organization with more than 500 attendees prior to the SIOP congress.

Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Abstract submitters will be required to disclose any conflict of interests in the submission form.

Acceptance
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to accept and allocate abstracts for either poster or oral presentation. All presenters of accepted abstracts must register as congress delegates, and the early registration fee will apply.
