What the registration fees includes:

  • Access to all academic sessions

  • Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

  • Access to the Exhibition and Poster Area

  • Refreshments and Lunch during the congress

Payment Methods

Payment of individual registration fees (USD) can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:

  • 2. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment

  • 3. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

  • 4. You will be required to pay the difference applicable based on the registration fee and category at the time the change is made.

Group Registration

For group registration of 10 participants and more visit the Group Registration page. Group registration will have 10% deduction.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Early bird registration deadline: 1 May 2026

  • Late registration: 2 May - 24 June 2026

  • Onsite registration: 25 June 2026

  • Only fully pre-paid registrations will be accepted

  • If registering as a group, please register each delegate in full and click "yes" when asked if registering additional delegates

  • Name changes are accepted within the same registration category. Changes to invoices will incur an administration fee. All changes to be requested in writing to info@cancercouncilmongolia.mn 

  • An administration fee of 20USD will apply for any registration changes or corrections

Cancellations and Refund

All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to info@cancercouncilmongolia.mn 

  • Before 31 March: 10% cancellation fee will be applicable

  • 1 March -  30 April: 20% cancellation fee will be applicable

  • 1 May – 31 May:  50% cancellation fee will be applicable

  • 1 June and onwards - no refunds will be available

  • "No show" delegates will not receive a refund
