• Early bird registration deadline: 1 May 2026

• Late registration: 2 May - 24 June 2026

• Onsite registration: 25 June 2026

• Only fully pre-paid registrations will be accepted

• If registering as a group, please register each delegate in full and click "yes" when asked if registering additional delegates

• Name changes are accepted within the same registration category. Changes to invoices will incur an administration fee. All changes to be requested in writing to info@cancercouncilmongolia.mn 

• An administration fee of 20USD will apply for any registration changes or corrections

Cancellations and Refund

All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to info@cancercouncilmongolia.mn 

• Before 31 March: 10% cancellation fee will be applicable

• 1 March -  30 April: 20% cancellation fee will be applicable

• 1 May – 31 May:  50% cancellation fee will be applicable

• 1 June and onwards - no refunds will be available

• "No show" delegates will not receive a refund
